Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Player Accounts on Depobos are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default for Malaysian players. All displayed balances, transaction amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts reflect MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Depobos does not charge fees on deposits from local Malaysian payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, standard blockchain network fees apply and are the responsibility of the depositing player. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees outside of Depobos's control.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the money belongs to you and is not derived from illegal activity. Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances once their Account has been fully KYC-verified and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Withdrawal limits apply on a daily and monthly basis depending on Account tier and verification status. Players should refer to the Cashier section of their Account for current applicable limits. VIP-tier players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits upon request.
For fraud prevention purposes, Depobos may require that withdrawal funds be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the Player through our support team.
Depobos reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending additional verification, where fraud is suspected, where the account is under review, or where there is reasonable cause to investigate the origin of funds. Depobos's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
